Thistledale Farm

I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Working Equitation Clinic at Thistledale Farm with Beth Harrison, and it was truly incredible. This was my first-ever experience with Working Equitation, and I brought my 5-year-old registered Cleveland Bay, Bellavista Illumination—an amateur-raised and trained horse—so we were both total beginners to the discipline.

Beth’s teaching style was encouraging, insightful, and patient. She broke each skill down in a way that made it achievable, clear, and fun for both horse and rider. The environment at Thistledale Farm was supportive and welcoming, and I left feeling more confident, eager, and inspired to explore this sport further.

Bellavista Illumination and I have a deeper connection with each other, new skills, and valuable tools—all thanks to Beth’s expertise and the fantastic clinic she created. I can’t recommend Beth Harrison and Thistledale Farm enough to anyone curious about Working Equitation, whether you’re brand new to it or looking to refine your skills.
